RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

***Non-returnable merchandise includes: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits and accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to E & A Designz.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. E & A Designz diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so we'll know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange  is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

PROCESSING TIME :
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.  You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

 
SHIPPING COST:
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
 
SHIPPING TIMES:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival on US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping  3-5 business days.

2. Priority 2-3 business days

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases). 

International Orders:
USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
 
TRACKING ORDERS:
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, standard airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
